Individually coated : This process assures consistent resin and grain dispersion to the outermost edge of the disc which is the most important cutting area of the disc.
Electro coating of grains : This process orients the sharpest cutting edge of the grains upward resulting maximum aggressive cutting and uniform grain application. Proper orientation of the grain also results in a strong bond with the fibre backing.
Long shelf life : The discs can be stored for a longer period and withstands extreme changes of atmospheric conditions. |

RPM Recommendation : |
Optimized grinding speed varies considerably with the type of abrasive surface, material being grinded / finished, the contours of the surface and size of the disc used. As a safety precaution, backup pads must be used during grinding applications.
The maximum rpm of the disc depends on the peripheral speed of the disc. Thus for 178mm diameter discs the safe tool speed is 5400 rpm. For discs with 125mm diameter and 100mm diameter, high speeds up to 11000 rpm can be safely used.
